The Journey (online or in-person)
The journey of finding our true nature is one that stays with us throughout our lives. Staying connected to our Source requires an ongoing dialogue which, with regular practice, becomes internalized, so that over time the sessions will be progressively less frequent. To ease a gradual opening towards inner listening, I recommend starting with at least 3 sessions planned fairly close together. Later on the frequency can be decided by the client based on his or her or own perceptions.
